Tiger Lil's could be called an interactive eating experience -- even
more interactive than most. You enter their sleek blond wood and
stainless premises to be greeted by a row of wok chefs eager to serve.
You choose your own raw ingredients and sauces and the chef stir-fries
them into the dish you're craving. It's all-you-can-eat, so you can go
again and again, choosing different combinations each time. As you can
imagine, vegetarians are equal to meat-eaters here, with every dining
