Nick Carter serves up modern global dishes including open lasagne of swordfish Saltimbocca, semi - dried tomato and red onion confit, marsala butter sauce and pan fried ostrich fillet with sweet potato and plantain mash with iman bayeldi. Lots of vegetarian dishes including roasted Jerusalem artichoke with ash goats cheese, vanilla and pine nut balsamic dressing. Wine list includes a good selection of New and Old world wines and a good range of vodkas at the bar.
