The Portman Restaurant shares its name with a smart central London square where they are located on. Head chef Adebola Adeshina has been trained by London's best such Gordon Ramsey and his excellent International menu impresses every time. His signature dishes, which come under own section called ...by Adebola Adeshina on the menu, include king crab crispy lasagne with a scallop crème froth, and pan fried turbot and Ackee with salt fish served with sautéed yam. Best of his sweets is arguably the rice pudding beignets that come with a perfect chocolate sauce.
