A small chain of restaurants with branches in Battersea, The Oval, Embankment and Putney. The Lavender aims to provide good value food and wine in an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The decor is warm and informal with a rustic feel - mix and matching chairs and tables give it a homely feel. The blackboard menu changes twice daily and includes a range of modern european and eclectic dishes.

The menu changes daily, but might include dishes such as braised shoulder of lamb with borlotti cannelini bean cassoulet, buttered spinach and red wine jus. Chargrilled chicken with lemon herb cous cous, roast courgette and salsa verde. Warm strawberries with sweet green peppercorn sauce and vanilla ice cream.
