Slap bang in the middle of Covent Garden, The Gardening Club (attached to the Rock Garden restaurant) is not a place for the faint-hearted. Disco, funk, house, garage - you name it, and it's played here through a no-holds-barred sound system. The club's air-conditioned vaulted space covers two distinctly-decored bars. The biggest has a stage and dance floor, fully set up with PA, disco and lighting rig. The VIP bar, meanwhile, accommodates 35 - 40 guests and can be hired exclusively for that special occasion. Although both The Gardening Club plays host to in-house run club nights seven nights a week (Thursdays for example are La Dolce Vita nights aka 70s - 90s dance classics), it is available for exclusive hire and would be an ideal location for a cocktail reception, book launch, presentation or party, for example. Watch out for the Happy Hour - it does exactly what is says on the tin.
