Royal Academy of Arts
The Royal Academy of Arts is housed in an 18th Century Palladian mansion that was originally built for Lord Burlington. It displays major international exhibitions on loan from collections from around the world; recent exhibitions have included works from artists like Monet and Picasso. The Royal Academy has recently become famous for it's Summer Exhibition that displays the paintings, sculpture and architectural drawings of living artists, especially since much of the work is for sale.
