Phoenicia

Family run Lebanese restaurant of some 20 years standing. Lots of Kensington locals at this top class Lebanese eaterie which offers good food and friendly service. The buffet lunch is highly recommended. Airy and relaxed ambience with children given a warm welcome. What's cooking: Lebanese fare. Delicious mezze - including hommos, tabouleh and aubergine moutabal followed by the tenderest chicken kebab (shish taouk) marinated in garlic, lemon juice and garlic sauce. Lebanese coffee or mint tea and an excellent Lebanese wine list with Chateau Musar recommended.
