Located in the original reception rooms of actress Lillie Langtry at the Cadogan Hotel, this restaurant promises to be something different. And, indeed, it is. Luxuriously chic with a slightly clubby feel, the room is set off by antique features which whisper of its seductive past. Equally alluring is the innovative menu by New Zealand Chef Angela Taylor, who boldly and brilliantly pairs grilled sea bass with a tangy, sweet lemon marmalade, and grilled duck breast with an unusual cocoa sauce and deliciously zingy sweet potato and orange mash. Starters are as heavenly as the mains (order the Trio of Salmon for superb lemon tequila cured salmon tartar and beetroot gravadlax), while puddings are in the same celestial hemisphere.
