One of the most breathtaking venues in London, the Lancaster Ballroom at the Savoy has been completely restored to its Edwardian glory, and has soaring ceilings, gilt mirrors and chandeliers, vast acres of space, and a pleasing palette of peach and cream with amethyst details. A stage and dance floor can be found here, as well as up-to-the-minute business and presentation facilities. If you need an impressive venue for your wedding reception, annual conference, fundraising dinner, awards ceremony, or nearly anything else on a grand scale, the Lancaster Ballroom is perfect choice. It accommodates up to 480 seated and up to 800 standing. Of course, the excellence of the world-famous Savoy is entirely at your disposal. Superchef Georg Fuchs is Maitre Chef des Cuisines, who devises spectacular menus. Dishes may include starter of warm salad of lemon sole fillet with a tomato and tarragon dip, main course of fillet of lamb in a puff pastry crust with roast potatoes and spinach puree glazed with cheese, followed by pudding of red wine poached pear gratinated with burnt orange ice cream, the Savoy's own blend of coffee and perfect petit fours. Wines are impeccable. Service is without equal.
