Crescent Restaurant
The Montcalm Hotel
34 - 40 Great Cumberland Place
London
W1H 7TW
Offering serene sanctuary from the chaos of Oxford Street, Crescent Restaurant is welcoming, elegant and relaxing. You can enjoy a warming tea or a reviving cocktail in the bar, before going into dine. New Chef Tristan Kenworthy has devised a delightful menu of international dishes which are also excellent value. For example, Lightly grilled Blue Fin tuna with shiso and pears makes a refreshing, moreish starter, while the likes of Tiger prawn and chive risotto with chilli jam, and Poached and roasted breast of chicken with Daupinoise potatoes and thyme jus are sumptuous, flavourful mains. Puddings are rather good too  donÂt miss the sinfully good Pecan and raisin pudding with maple syrup and custard sauce. A gem.
