Favourite main courses include Steamed halibut with warm Nicoise salad, or pan fried fillet of Aberdeen Angus beef with seared foie gras, creamed parsnips and Madeira sauce, or butternut squash and chilli risotto with pecorino. There's a more tempting pudding list than good sense requires, and the wines are excellent.
